Łapy grzejne Kamush HC60/HC75

Laboratory clamp equipped with an aluminum heating block. Enables thermostating or heating laboratory vessels. Excellent for use in temperature-assisted solid phase peptide synthesis. Classic Merrifield vessels or Kamysz vessels can be used. The clamps are controlled via the Kamush mini or Kamush mini 2 controller (with timer). It is recommended to use the clamps on a bar shaker, eg Kamush model (Laboratory shaker with rods LP015RSk).

Excellent temperature stability! Heats to 75°C in less than 3 minutes.

Clamps are available with an aluminum block for vessels/test tubes of 16,22 or 28 mm diameter.

The only such laboratory equipment. Magnetic stirrer and heating block at the same time. Heating element together with the housing enabling observation of the mixed contents of the vessel. The single-station magnetic stirrer of miniature size, small temperature controller (up to 110 °C) makes the device very compact. The device is used in incubation / heating and simultaneous mixing. It can be used in chemical and life science laboratories. The device is especially recommended for solid-phase synthesis using Kamysz vessels.

Magnetic stirrer and heating block at the same time. 4-station magnetic single-station magnetic stirrer, small temperature controller (max 75oC) makes the device very compact. The device is used in incubation / heating and simultaneous mixing. It can be used in chemical and life science laboratories. The device is particularly recommended for synthesis on a solid polymer carrier using Kamysz vessels or as a concentrator / evaporator base for concentration of samples under a nitrogen atmosphere (Kamush SKILLER 4e model).

As a matter of fact, older instruments are mostly characterized by very good parameters and have unique features compared to the currently offered new equivalents. However, due to the lack of parts, service representatives, service instructions and unprofitable repairs, these valuables mostly dust in the basement.

Our company conducts a post-warranty service of almost every laboratory instrument.
Our experience as well as fully equipped workshop allows us to perform any repairs of typical and unusual laboratory devices.

We repair typical instruments such as shakers, mechanical agitators, magnetic stirrers, incubators, concentrators, thermostats, thermoblocks and more. We do not limit our services. According to the customer’s needs we can also modify and adapt the equipment to specific requirements.

SERVICE OF HPLC

Liquid chromatographs (HPLC) are the most common analytical instruments found in laboratories as an element of a routine work of every chemist, biotechnologist or pharmacist. Our company offers a service of all typical elements of the HPLC systems such as pumps,
UV/Vis detectors, autosamplers, fraction collectors, and thermostats. We specialize in the HPLC service for those instruments for which the manufacturers support is no longer provided, especially in the instruments that are still utilized in the R&D and/or academic laboratories.

However, we do not support a service of instruments of accredited, analytical and quality control laboratories.

Our extensive experience allow us to conduct any service of systems produce by companies such as: Knauer, Kontron, Gilson, Rainin, Waters and Beckman. We have a full access to new spare parts (lamps, seall, capillaries etc.) as well as a wide range of used parts, which allows us to repair any instrument.

We also provide the HPLC software (LP-chrom^®), owned by our company, that gives us the ability to restore many HPLC chromatographs. What is more, it gives a possibility to exchange any component (of another type or company) and arrange its work according to the typical needs. It is extremely important, especially when the component is damaged and/or any substitute is no longer available on the market.

Our consulting, the experience and the LP-chrom^® software will gives the ability to restore almost every HPLC!

Chromatography software

LP-chrom is software dedicated for chromatography, including data collecting form detectors and controlling whole HPLC systems. Software is user friendly and was designed by people working with HPLC for years. Key features of program are controlled by only 9 buttons. Simplicity of usage allows to eliminate hours of training and learning available options of software. With LP-chrom after 15 min training you are able to start HPLC separation. Most important feature of LP-chrom is compatibility with devices from different companies (pumps and detectors): Knauer, Beckman, Kontron, Gilson and many other. You can build system i.e. with one Beckman pump, other from Knauer and detector from Kontron.

LP-chrom is a good choice for older HPLC systems, whose own software is unavailable, too expensive, incompatible with new computers, require special cards (unavailable, too expensive or not fitting to existing computers) or a complex operation makes them difficult to work. The possibility of combining components from different companies can work to rekindle to work your systems, which one component is faulty, and buying the same is impossible.

MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTS

Our offer is especially addressed to the research teams working on new antimicrobial substances.

The tests are carried in accordance to the reference methods described by Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) and European Comitee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST) or according to the client’s guidelines. All the results are delivered within 7 days after obtaining the materials for testing. Our experimental package include the determination of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal/fungicidal concentration (MBC/MFC) and the initial results can be provided after 24 and 48 hours, respectively. Usually, the test are performed in triplicate on six reference strains of microorganisms. (Gram-negative and Gram positive bacteria, and fungi). What is more, only 0.5-1 mg of the compound per strain is needed to conduct the assays.

The offer also includes the determination of Fractional Inhibitory Concentration (FIC), determination of the antimicrobial properties of disinfectants and preservatives, maintenance tests, sterility tests and determining the total number of microorganisms and others (on request).

Our services are also addressed to the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry and include determination of:

Microbiological purity of cosmetic and drugs according to European and Polish Pharmacopeia, Ministry of Health Ordinance (23 Deceber 2002 r.), harmonized standards or customer own requirements
Microbiological purity of raw materials and packaging.
Maintenance tests (stress tests)
Microbiological purity of treated water and production water (purified).
Effectiveness of washing and disinfection processes.
